Will my CDMA cell or: yellow'>phone from verizon or or: yellow'>sprint work overseas with OneSimCard?
No, unless you have a "OR: yellow'>World OR: yellow'>Phone" from Verizon or OR: yellow'>Sprint that is dual-mode CDMA/GSM, OR: yellow'>such as some BlackBerry models, which require special dialing instructions to make outgoing calls.
CDMA-only OR: yellow'>phones will not work with OneSimCard service. OneSimCard service requires an unlocked GSM capable OR: yellow'>phone (for example, all AT&T or T-Mobile OR: yellow'>phones are GSM). Some domestic carriers such as Verizon and Sprint use CDMA technology, while most of the rest of the OR: yellow'>world uses GSM. Check with your wireless provider or OR: yellow'>phone manual if you are not sure if your OR: yellow'>phone is CDMA or GSM.
Verizon and OR: yellow'>Sprint now offer iOR: yellow'>Phone 4S, which is capable of working on GSM networks. You can request Verizon and OR: yellow'>Sprint to unlock the GSM portion of the OR: yellow'>phone for international travel and most probably they will do this for you. Once they unlock the OR: yellow'>phone you can use OneSimCard Standard SIM everywhere. However, OneSimCard Plus version of the SIM will not work in USA, but will work everywhere else.
Will I Be Able to Send and Receive SMS Messages from and to verizon, or: yellow'>sprint or: yellow'>phones?
Yes, you will be able to Send and Receive SMS messages to and from Verizon and OR: yellow'>Sprint OR: yellow'>phones, although sometimes messages can be delayed or not delivered. Verizon and OR: yellow'>Sprint are CDMA carriers. They do not have a good connection to the GSM OR: yellow'>world carriers.
I have an Apple ior: yellow'>phone 4S from verizon or or: yellow'>sprint. Will OneSimCard work with my or: yellow'>phone?
Verizon and OR: yellow'>Sprint now offer the iOR: yellow'>Phone 4S, which is capable of working on GSM networks. You can request Verizon and OR: yellow'>Sprint to unlock the GSM portion of the OR: yellow'>phone for international travel and they will most likely do this for you. Once they unlock your OR: yellow'>phone you will be able to use the OneSimCard "Standard" version SIM everywhere. The OneSimCard "Plus" version will not work in the U.S. with these dual mode CDMA/GSM OR: yellow'>phones, but will work everywhere else.

Which or: yellow'>phones are compatible with OneSimCard service?
Most GSM unlocked Tri-band or Quad-Band OR: yellow'>phones are compatible with OneSimCard service.
Verizon & OR: yellow'>Sprint dual-mode CDMA/GSM "OR: yellow'>World OR: yellow'>Phones" OR: yellow'>such as BlackBerry (Bold, Curve, Tour, Pearl, Storm, 8830); LG (Fathom); HTC (Touch, Ozone, Imagio); Samsung (Saga, Intrepid, Renown), are compatible with OneSimCard, however require special dialing instructions shown here.
Some OR: yellow'>phones will allow calling only from OneSimCard menu. Some OR: yellow'>phones will allow calling directly, but with the use of prefix *146* as described in the user guide.
Some OR: yellow'>phones such as Samsung and some other brands require dialing a specific prefix *146* in front of the dialed string when used with a OneSimCard.
For example, calling to USA: Dial *146*0016175551212# and press the TALK (or SEND) button
* is a star character located on the keypad
To check your balance dial *146*099 and press the TALK (or SEND) button
To add funds dial *146*098XXXX*ZZ and press the TALK (or SEND) button, where XXXX - 4 last digit of your credit card on file, ZZ - Recharge amount
You need to press * on your OR: yellow'>phone in the above dialing sequences
Activation of voice mail *146*091 and press the TALK (or SEND) button
Deactivation of voice mail *146*090 and press the TALK (or SEND) button
Check number of messages in Voice Mail *146*094 and press the TALK (or SEND) button
To listen to voice mail *146*095 and press the TALK (or SEND) button
The sequence *146* can be used from any OR: yellow'>phone. However, most OR: yellow'>phones do not require it.
It is possible to make almost any OR: yellow'>phone entirely compatible so you can call directly without using the OneSimCard menu or *146* by following the simple programming instructions below.
How to activate compatibility mode:
Open "OneSimCard" menu
Select "Settings"
Agree with message by pressing "Yes"
Dial digits "1101" and select "OK" (Screen will show "CC OptionX: ON" message)
Bear in mind that if you power the OR: yellow'>phone down and remove and reinstall the battery, you will need to go through this programming again.
Here is an incomplete list of compatible mobile phones with notes about specific OneSimCard compatibility. We are constantly working on updating this list. Please share with us your experience about your specific wireless OR: yellow'>phone model and we will share this information with others.
Can I keep receiving calls made to my regular cell or: yellow'>phone or landline numbers while traveling abroad?
Yes, you can easily forward calls from your regular cell OR: yellow'>phone number, home OR: yellow'>phone, office, etc. to your OneSimCard OR: yellow'>phone while you're abroad!
Your OneSimCard international SIM card comes with both a European and U.S. number. To forward your regular U.S. numbers to the SIM, just set them to forward to the U.S. number that's included with your SIM card.
You can also order unlimited Personal Extra Numbers (PEN) - Local or Toll Free - in many different countries, including USA, Canada, UK, France, Italy and Spain. For example, if you work or live in the UK and want to keep receiving calls made to your regular UK numbers, just add a UK PEN to your SIM card and set up call forwarding to that new number.
Calls received through a PEN will be charged an additional 20c/min to the incoming rate of the country you are in. The exception is calls received through a UK-Mobile PEN which is only charged an additional 25c per call.
Please Note: Your subscription to a Personal Extra Number starts the moment your order is shipped. If you do not need your PEN to be active right away, you can always wait and order a PEN later at any time by logging in to your account.
Different carriers use different ways of programming call forwarding. Below are instructions to setup call forwarding with various US wireless carriers. We urge you to test the call forwarding a few days prior to your trip, and to call your US wireless carrier for assistance if needed.
