Is there a monthly or 30-day credit card spending limit for OneSimCard service?
To reduce fraud, there is 30-day credit card spending limit set for each individual account. You will only be able to charge up to a certain amount during any 30-day period. You can see your current limit by logging in to your OneSimCard account and going to the Purchase History menu. There, you will find a Credit Card Authorization form available for download. If you would like to increase your monthly credit card spending limit, please download the Authorization form and submit it back to OneSimCard as instructed on the form.Is there a 911 emergency number in Europe that can be used with OneSimCard service?
Yes, in Europe the emergency number is 112. You can use 112 in Europe to report real emergencies to local authorities in the country of stay. The 3 digit number should be dialed directly without any additional digits in front of the number.How often do I need to recharge my OneSimCard account?
Your OneSimCard global SIM card and European phone number will never expire as long as you make at least one call every 18 months. If you fail to make or receive at least one call every 18 months, your OneSimCard global SIM card and European phone number will expire and you will not be entitled to a refund even if at the time of expiration your account had a positive balance.
However, the funds on the SIM card will expire 10 months from your last recharge and will not be refunded to you. The minimum recharge amount is $25. By simply recharging at least once every 10 months your balance will roll over. If your balance does expire, it will not be refunded to you but all you need to do to get the service working again is to log in and add funds to your SIM card. If you set up the automatic recharge, it will be canceled if you allow the funds to expire, so you will need to set automatic recharge up again once you recharge your balance.
Can I use a OneSimCard enabled phone in Japan, South Korea, Myanmar and others?
All OneSimCard international SIM cards work in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Myanmar, Singapore and other couuntries where 2G networks no longer available. These countries use 3G/WCDMA networks, so only phones with the specific 3G/WCDMA/HSDPA/UMTS 2100 frequency will work in these countries. Most modern smart phones have this option today including all iPhones. You should check your phone specification to make sure your phone has this 3G band,

How long will it take for my OneSimCard to be delivered?

Can I get rewarded for referring friends to OneSimCard?
Yes, you can! Our Refer a Friend program is available to all OneSimCard active account holders. For each friend you refer that purchases new service, you will receive $10 ($5 for rentals) deposited into your 1SIM Money Fund. The referral bonus will be received once the order for new service is placed, shipped and the 30-day return window has closed. You can then use these bonus awards to recharge your airtime or use toward any other purchases. You can subscribe to the Discount Call Plan A for Europe (see country list below) and Turkey for just $3.99! Subscription is good for 30 days and will not automatically renew. This plan is available on the Plus and Universal SIM cards.
Once the discount plan is activated, you will be able to make calls from the countries below for only $0.15/min starting with the second minute! The first minute will be charged at the regular outgoing call rate:

Activation of this discount plan will also cancel the Discount B - Bucket of Minutes to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. What is the cost to make calls from a OneSimCard phone to another OneSimCard phone?
It depends on the country you're in when making the call. In many countries there is a special low rate of just $0.25/min to call another OneSimCard phone (only when dialing the other OneSimCard user's primary mobile number, not a Personal Extra Number). In other countries your cost will be our standard low outgoing call rate from that country.
Example 1: two OneSimCard users are in Italy and one calls the other, the cost will be $0.25/min for the caller and free for the receiver.

Is it free for someone to call my OneSimCard number using Viber?
Through a unique partnership with Viber, your primary OneSimCard number (+372) can be called free of charge for any Viber user! (requires activation and special dialing instructions, see below)
HOW: When this feature is activated, Viber users can call OneSimCard numbers for free by using a special dialing format +372800XXXXXXXX, where XXXXXXXX is the rest of the OneSimCard phone number after 372. For example, a OneSimCard user with the phone number +37212345678 should be called by dialing +37280012345678.
TO ACTIVATE: Log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to where it says "Incoming Viber Calls" and click Enable to activate this option.
COST: The call is free for the Viber user. The cost of receiving the Viber call is the same as receiving a call through a Personal Extra Number (PEN), i.e. the regular incoming call rate in the country you are in plus 20c/min. In countries with free incoming calls, like Italy or Japan, the cost will be just 20c/min.
