How do I top up my data with eSIM?
There are two ways you can do this:
Simply go onto your web account or eSIM app and purchase a new data package appropriate to your travel needs.
I can make calls through OneSim VoIP. However incoming calls are going through my roaming SIM. What's wrong?
If your incoming calls are not being routed through the OneSim VoIP app then you are either not connected to Wi-Fi or the OneSim VoIP app is not active.Does calling a mobile phone cost more than calling a landline?
No, it does not cost more to dial an international mobile number using OneSimCard service. You will receive the same very low per minute rate whether calling to a mobile phone or to a land line. This is true for using regular cellular voice or 1SIM VoIP App.
You can find all rates listed on our Rates & Coverage page.
