1. Troubleshooting Questions
    • What should I do if my OneSimCard phone or SIM card is lost or stolen?

If your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen and automatic recharge is on, this could be a serious problem.

To prevent this, log in to your account and activate the option to block your service immediately after you notice your phone or SIM card is missing. You can find this option in the My SIM Cards menu. Your OneSimCard service for this SIM card number will be instantly blocked. The remaining balance on your lost SIM can be transferred to another SIM card on your account or you can order a replacement SIM card if you would like to keep your phone numbers from the lost SIM.

Alternatively, you can contact customer service online or call 001-617-313-8888 for assistance.

2. M2M SIM Cards
    • Are there any data packages available for M2M SIM cards?

M2M SIM cards provide billing of data in 1 kb increments. In addition, small M2M data packages are available in the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Mexico, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, UK, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates.

You can view data package sizes and cost here.

Once activated, M2M packages will run monthly until they are either cancelled by admin or there is no further data usage on the SIM. Only one M2M package can be purchased during the package time period. If the data allowance of the package is consumed before the package expiration date, billing will be switched to per kb  until the next 30 day package gets automatically activated at the end of the previous package time period. The new data package will not automatically activate if there is no data usage on the SIM at the time when the activation should occur. Once data usage restarts the new data package will be automatically activated.

Rates are the same as if a call was made from the shore of the country you are near.

7. OneSimCard General Service Questions
    • Can I move Personal Extra Numbers (PENs) between SIM cards in my account?

Yes, you can move PENs within both private and corporate accounts. There is a small fee per PEN transfer which will be deducted from the SIM card the PEN is being moved to. If there is not enough money on this SIM, the fee will be deducted from the SIM the PEN is being moved from. If neither SIM card has enough balance, you’ll have an option to recharge. Transaction records will be posted under the History menu.

8. Troubleshooting Questions
    • Can I move balances from one SIM card to another?

We allow moving balances from one SIM card to another in the following cases:
      • Corporate Accounts - anytime.
      • Individual Accounts - only when a SIM card is lost or stolen. The remaining balance from your lost or stolen SIM card can be transferred to another SIM card on your account or you can order a new SIM card if you would like to keep your original European number from the lost SIM.
9. OneSimCard General Service Questions
    • What is the difference between OneSimCard Plus, OneSimCard Data & Roam and OneSimCard Europe & More SIM cards?

All 3 OneSimCard SIMs work in a very similar manner.  They all use an Estonian Mobile Number as the primary number and offer a Free US or Canada PEN for 30 days. All OneSimCards also offer many  additional features such as Global Concierge, 24/7 Live Technical Support, SIM VOIP and Apps for iPhone and Android.

The main difference between the 3 SIM cards is that OneSimCard Plus offers Voice and SMS Text Messaging in many more countries.  The OneSimCard Data & Roam is recommended mostly for Internet Data on iPads, Smart Phones, Mi-FI devices and generally offers lower Internet Data Rates and Data Services in many more countries .  For some countries like Canada, Cuba, Brazil and a few others, the OneSimCard Data & Roam offers lower calling rates.

The OneSimCard Europe & More was specially created for European travelers and offers our best calling rates to the US & Canada,  from the 40 included countries, all with easy Direct Dialing, while OneSimCard Plus and OneSimCard Data & Roam utilize callback.

OneSimCard Plus, OneSimCard Data & Roam and OneSimCard Europe & More also operate on different networks in many countries.

You can compare rates for all these SIM cards here.

10. Rates and Cost Questions
    • What is the cost to make calls from a OneSimCard phone to another OneSimCard phone?

It depends on the country you're in when making the call. In many countries there is a special low rate of just $0.25/min to call another OneSimCard phone (only when dialing the other OneSimCard user's primary mobile number, not a Personal Extra Number). In other countries your cost will be our standard low outgoing call rate from that country.

Example 1: two OneSimCard users are in Italy and one calls the other, the cost will be $0.25/min for the caller and free for the receiver.

Visit our Rates & Coverage page and choose any country to view its current rates. Use the dropdown menus to see rates for calling to/from other countries.

PLEASE NOTE: If you activate a discount call plan, the special rate to make OneSimCard-to-OneSimCard calls will not be available. You will be charged for those calls according to the discount call plan rate.
