The OneSimCard Money Fund allows you to pay for OneSimCard services by means other than credit cards and also by Visa and Master Cards enrolled in the credit card security programs:

• Bitcoins
• Visa credit card participating in the Verified By Visa Program
• Master Card participating in the Master Card Secure Code Program.

Once you deposit money into your OneSimCard Money Fund through one of above methods, you can use this fund to recharge your SIM(s), order a second number, or make any other payment for orders placed at OneSimCard.com.

OneSimCard Money Fund additions are non-refundable. However, the money you put into the fund does not expire. There are no fees applied to the fund maintenance either.

Example 1

You are in Kenya and can't pay using a credit card. You would like to purchase a OneSimCard SIM for $39.95, and also be able to add airtime (recharge) later. You will also need to pay for shipping.

First step - you need to add funds to your OneSimCard Money Fund. It's up to you what amount you would like to send us, but it should be large enough to cover your purchases. Let's say you posted $200.00 to your OneSimCard Money Fund.

Once the money is received, we will send you a confirmation email. Then you can log in to your OneSimCard.com account and place your order. It will be instantly processed and the money will be deducted from your OneSimCard Money Fund account.

Example 2

You have 3 SIM cards and 3 personal second numbers.

You want to set up auto-recharge for SIM1 and SIM2 in $25 increments and the third one in $50 increments. You also want to extend (recharge) your Second Numbers every month.

Let's say you put $500 into your OneSimCard Money Fund account. Now you can set up $25 auto-recharges on your 2 SIMs and $50 auto-recharge for your 3rd SIM, as well as and automatic extension of your second number.

This option allows many users around the word to take advantage of OneSimCard.com services without using a credit card.

Example 3

You use your credit card account to add money to the 1SIMCard Money Fund. The transaction from a credit cardl is instant. Funds will be instantly added to your 1SIM Card Money Fund, and then you can use the Money Fund to make any purchase at OneSimCard.com.

In order to add airtime instantly, simply register a credit card with us on our website.

There are several ways to add airtime to your OneSimCard service.
Automatic Recharge - recommended:

1. Just log on to your account at www.onesimcard.com and set auto-recharge in the Recharge Menu. Funds will be added to your account when your balance drops below the threshold you set.

From the phone using your credit card (Universal, Expedition and eSIM World only):

If you purchased a recharge PIN from OneSimCard Authorized dealer, you can recharge your account from OneSimCard handset from OneSimCard - Add Credit menu. When the Add Credit menu is selected, enter the 10-digit PIN and press the Talk (Send) button. 

For Universal, Expedition, and eSIM World SIM cards, receiving calls is free in over 150 countries when received on your primary European phone number, including in most of Europe. To receive a call on your U.S. number or other Personal Extra Number, there is an additional per minute rate added. View all international cell phone rates.

If you receive a call through a Common Access Number or Personal Extra Number (such as a U.S. number) there is an additional charge of 20c/min. In countries with free incoming calls this would be your only charge per call.

For DataMax and DataMax eSIM card types, you can make and complete calls for a fraction of the cost of traditional cellular roaming (including on tablets) using the 1SIM VoIP App available on Google’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store:

For Universal, Expedition, and eSIM World SIM cards,  all incoming SMS text messages are free to receive when received on your primary European number. Add 9 cent per SMS when receiving text on US or Canada PEN.

For example, if you are traveling to countries included in the Zone Standard plan, and then travelling to a Zone Extended country, the Zone Standard plan will be used when you are in the country(s) where that Zone works, and when you land in a Zone Extended country(s) the Zone Extended will AUTOMATICALLY start to be used. If you then land in a country where the Zone Standard plan operates, and that plan is still active on your account, then you will then AUTOMATICALLY use the Zone Standard plan.

OneSimCard Universal Plans utilization rules:

If the data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for Universal SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Once you activate a Data Plan, the amount charged is not refundable.
• Data not used during Plan period will be lost.
• After the Data Plan expires, i.e. the time period ends or you exhaust your data allotment, you will be charged the Pay As You Go ( PAYG)  rate in that country unless you activate a new Data Plan.
• Data will be charged in 100kB increments instead of the usual 1 or 10kB increments.

Customers can also top up the sim and order a data Plan at http://ma.onesimcard.com. There is no charge for accessing the page from a mobile phone in most countries.

The maximum monthly data allowance in the “Advantages Data Allowance” countries is 2000 MB, while the maximum monthly data allowance in the “Standard Data Allowance” countries is 1000 MB. There are two ways you can do this:

1. For eSIM World you can use the 1SIM eSIM app.
2. From your mobile go to ma.onesimcard.com. This provides the access to your free  OneSimCard mini account. Free means that there is no need to have the SIM balance or data package on the SIM to be able to access this page in over 110 countries. Log in to your account and activate a new data package.
   
   2. From any computer log in to your on-line account at OneSimCard.com to order a data package. 

Simply go onto your web account or eSIM app and purchase a new data package appropriate to your travel needs.

OneSimCard SIM VoIP users with US and Canadian numbers may now send and receive text messages over the OneSim VoIP app on iPhone and Android. The cost to sending a message is $0.05 per text to most countries. Receiving message is $0.05.  

OneSimCard VoIP requires you to order a compatible Personal Extra Number (PEN). Most of the PENs we offer are OneSim VoIP enabled. You also need to have an Android phone with software version 8 or higher, or Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) with iOS 6.1 or higher.

Once you have an active OneSim VoIP enabled PEN, you will be able to see the option to create a OneSim VoIP account in the My SIM Cards menu of your online account. NB: YOU MUST create the 1SIM VoIP account in your account online on the "My SIM Cards" menu. Simply purchasing a PEN and  downloading the mobile app DOES NOT create the VoIP account.

Some recent Android upgrades to versions 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 have a bug causing the OneSimCard Menu, labeled as SIM Toolkit, to be disabled.

If you do not see the SIM Toolkit app in your Android phone, please try doing the following:

Go to Settings>Security>Other Security Settings>Setup SIM Card Lock>Lock SIM Card. It will ask for the default SIM PIN. Enter 0000. Power off the phone and turn it back on. The SIM Toolkit app will then become available, though it might take 1-2 minutes for the phone to display it.

On Android version 5.1 go to Settings > SIM Cards > SIM Toolkit

Once you have access to the SIM Toolkit, select it, scroll down to Settings, enter 1101 and press confirm. Your phone will now be able to dial normally.

For eSIM cards, make certain that your eSIM is enabled.
