Which phone number will be shown on the caller ID when I make a call using OneSim VoIP?
Your active OneSim VoIP Personal Extra Number (PEN) will be shown on the caller ID.When my order will be shipped?
Sim card orders placed during business hours will be shipped the next business day. The only exceptions are phones that are out of stock. In this case you will be notified about delayed shipping during the purchase.
Is a micro-SIM or Nano-SIM version of OneSimCard available for the Apple iPhone 4/4S, 5/5C,5S, 6, 6S, 7, 8, X, iPads and other devices?
We now offer SIM cards in universal sizes, where the SIM card contains all 3 sizes - Mini, Micro and Nano. Simply select the needed SIM version in the shopping cart.

Is there a nano-SIM version available for my iPhones or other phones?
Yes! Just select "nano size" or buy a 3-in-1 SIM that contains all 3 sim sizes during checkout.
How do I enable roaming on my Android Phone?
This is very simple!ÂDo I need to have a OneSimCard SIM card installed in my phone to use OneSim VoIP?
No. OneSimCard SIM is not required to be installed in the phone for OneSim VoIP to be used. However, you do need to have OneSimCard account with a VoIP capable PEN.Are there any additional roaming charges?
There are NO additional roaming charges. The rates you see listed on our Rates & Coverage page are the only rates you will be charged when making or receiving calls on your OneSimCard enabled cell phone. This is true for using regular cellular voice or 1SIM VoIP App.Does OneSimCard offer a U.S. Military discount?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount (excluding airtime) for U.S. Military members when ordering with a verified .mil email address and entering promo code MILITARY15. This discount is only applicable for individual users, not for Corporate Accounts.Will my order require a signature upon delivery?
