OneSimCard SIM VoIP users with US and Canadian numbers may now send and receive text messages over the OneSim VoIP app on iPhone and Android. The cost to sending a message is $0.05 per text to most countries. Receiving message is $0.05.  

• We can move your airtime balance and PEN if any from your standard SIM to the Universal, Expedition, eSIM World, DataMax, or DataMax eSIM SIM if you upgrade the SIM or your sim is lost or damaged and you are buying a replacement SIM. The replaced SIM will be permanently deleted from your account.. 
• We can move your Personal Extra Number from your sim to any other SIM. There is $5 charge for this.
• We cannot transfer your primary +372 number from your Standard SIM to any other SIM, you will get a new number when you upgrade. 
• NOTE: DataMax and DataMax eSIMs do not come with any primary phone number. You can purchase a PEN to use voice and SMS with our OneSIM VoIP App

There are no monthly fees or connection charges for using OneSimCard international cell phone service.

If you order an optional Personal Extra Number (PEN), there is a small periodic fee to keep the PEN active based on how you choose to be billed (from $1.67 per month). Yes. To reduce fraud and to protect you from over-spending, there is 30-day credit card spending limit set for each individual account. You will only be able to charge up to a certain amount during any 30-day period. You can see your current limit by logging in to your OneSimCard account and going to the Purchase History menu. There, you will find a Credit Card Authorization form available for download. If you would like to increase your monthly credit card spending limit, please download the Authorization form and submit it back to OneSimCard as instructed on the form.

We strongly suggest that you set your monthly credit card limit before going overseas as dealing with the form on the road can be much more difficult.

NOTE: For DataMax SIM Cards, you can activate different Data Plans simultaneously. For example, if you are traveling to countries included in the Zone Standard plan, and then travelling to a Zone Extended country, the Zone Standard plan will be used when you are in the country(s) where that Zone works, and when you land in a Zone Extended country(s) the Zone Extended will AUTOMATICALLY start to be used. If you then land in a country where the Zone Standard plan operates, and that plan is still active on your account, then you will then AUTOMATICALLY use the Zone Standard plan.

Zone A Data Plan covers the following countries:

Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, St. Martin - French, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, USA, United Kingdom and Uzbekistan

Zone B Data Plans

There are two sets of countries where Zone B data plans are offered. The “Advantage Data Allowance” countries have a data allowance twice as large as the “Standard Data Allowance” countries. The maximum monthly data allowance in the “Advantages Data Allowance” countries is 2000 MB, while the maximum monthly data allowance in the “Standard Data Allowance” countries is 1000 MB. All 4 types of Data Plans are available in all countries where the data Plans are offered.

The Advantage Data Allowance countries are:

Zone Giga Data Plan

Zone Giga Data Plan covers the following countries: 

Turkey.

OneSimCard Expedition (formerly Data & Roam) Plan utilization rules:

If the data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for Plus SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Once you activate any Data Plan, the amount charged is not refundable.
• Data not being used up during the Plan period will be lost. Any Turbo Plan Data unused by this time, will be lost too.
• After the Data Plan expires, i.e. the time period ends or you use up your data allotment, you will be charged the standard data rate in that country unless you activate a new Data Plan.
• Data will be charged in 100kB increments instead of the usual 1 or 10kB increments.

OneSimCard Expedition (formerly Data & Roam) allows to check the status of the Plan and activate new data Plan directly from the OneSimCard Mobile Phone at http://onesimcard.data
