NOTE: For DataMax SIM Cards, you can activate different Data Plans simultaneously. For example, if you are traveling to countries included in the Zone Standard plan, and then travelling to a Zone Extended country, the Zone Standard plan will be used when you are in the country(s) where that Zone works, and when you land in a Zone Extended country(s) the Zone Extended will AUTOMATICALLY start to be used. If you then land in a country where the Zone Standard plan operates, and that plan is still active on your account, then you will then AUTOMATICALLY use the Zone Standard plan.

If the data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for Plus SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Once you activate any Data Plan, the amount charged is not refundable.
• Data not being used up during the Plan period will be lost. Any Turbo Plan Data unused by this time, will be lost too.
• After the Data Plan expires, i.e. the time period ends or you use up your data allotment, you will be charged the standard data rate in that country unless you activate a new Data Plan.
• Data will be charged in 100kB increments instead of the usual 1 or 10kB increments.

It depends on the country you're in when making the call. In many countries there is a special low rate of just $0.25/min to call another OneSimCard phone (only when dialing the other OneSimCard user's primary mobile number, not a Personal Extra Number). In other countries your cost will be our standard low outgoing call rate from that country.

Example: two OneSimCard users are in Italy and one calls the other, the cost will be $0.25/min for the caller and free for the receiver.

PLEASE NOTE: If you activate a discount call plan, the special rate to make OneSimCard-to-OneSimCard calls will not be available. You will be charged for those calls according to the discount call plan rate. 

Another great benefit of using OneSim VoIP: To call using the 1SIM VoIP App to another user on the 1SIM VoIP App, this call is free, so long as you are calling the PEN associated with their 1SIM VoIP App.

For Universal E, Expedition E, eSIM World E, eSIM Asiania, Plus, Europe & More, & Standard SIM Cards, the international SIM card phone number and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 12 months. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the phone, SMS sent from the phone or any Data Usage.

Personal Extra Numbers will stay active as long as they have been funded properly.

The SIM card balance is valid for 10 months. The balance will continuously roll over to the next 10 month period provided that at least $25 is added within 10 months after the last recharge.

If the balance expires, the service can still be used after a new recharge of the SIM card.

For Physical 3-in-1 DataMax & DataMax eSIM SIM Cards, the SIM card and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 12 months. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the OneSIM VoIP App, SMS sent from the OneSim VoIP app or any Data Usage.

Personal Extra Numbers will stay active as long as they have been funded properly and the SIM hasn’t expired. If the SIM card expires, but then is restored ($10 Restoration Fee applies), the PEN will be re-attached to the SIM card, as long as the PEN hasn’t expired based on the time period for which the PEN was purchased.

The SIM card balance is valid for 10 months. The balance will continuously roll over to the next 10-month period provided that at least $25 is added within 10 months after the last recharge.

If the SIM card balance expires, the SIM will expire and be removed from the account after 7 days, unless there is a data package currently active on the SIM (not a future activation). If there is no balance on the SIM and the active data package expires, the SIM will expire 7 days following the expiration of the active data package. So, to keep the SIM active you need to either keep a balance on the SIM or an active data package. 

NOTE: If there is balance on the SIM card, but no data is used for 15 consecutive days, the SIM card will be blocked/suspended. To unblock the SIM card, simply go to your account portal and in the "My SIM cards" tab, click on "Unblock" on the "SIM Type" line.

An expired SIM can be restored for a $10.00 restoration fee plus a recharge of at least $25.00.

For DataMax and DataMax eSIM SIM cards, while there is no voice calling feature without the use of 1SIM VoIP, which doesn’t support emergency calling, most cell phones ALWAYS allow you to call emergency numbers, even without a SIM inserted into the phone. Yes. To reduce fraud and to protect you from over-spending, there is 30-day credit card spending limit set for each individual account. You will only be able to charge up to a certain amount during any 30-day period. You can see your current limit by logging in to your OneSimCard account and going to the Purchase History menu. There, you will find a Credit Card Authorization form available for download. If you would like to increase your monthly credit card spending limit, please download the Authorization form and submit it back to OneSimCard as instructed on the form.

We strongly suggest that you set your monthly credit card limit before going overseas as dealing with the form on the road can be much more difficult. 

All SIM types are valid for 1 year after the last billable use - phone call, sent SMS or data use.

The SIM balance for all types of OneSimCard SIMs is valid for 10 months after the last recharge. Each recharge extends the balance for the next 10 months period. If you do not recharge within the 10-month period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

NOTE: For Physical 3-in-1 DataMax & DataMax eSIM SIM cards, if the SIM card has no balance, the SIM will expire and be removed from the account after 7 days, unless there is a data package currently active on the SIM (not a future activation). • We can move your Personal Extra Number from your sim to any other SIM. There is $5 charge for this.
• We cannot transfer your primary +372 number from your Standard SIM to any other SIM, you will get a new number when you upgrade.
