    • How long will it take for my OneSimCard to be delivered?

      Your order will be shipped the next business day.

      We offer several delivery options for shipments to the USA:

      • USPS First Class Mail Package

      Your order should arrive in 1-5 business days,Tracking is available for US deliveries. It is not available for international deliveries.

      • USPS Priority mail
        Your order should arrive within 2-3 business days, but it is not guaranteed. You will be provided tracking details with this method
      • UPS UPS Next Day Early.
        Delivery guaranteed by 10 AM or 3 PM.
      • UPS 2nd Day Air
        Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days.
      • UPS Next Day
        Next day delivery to most locations in the USA.
      • UPS Next Day Saver

      Next day delivery to most locations in the USA

      • UPS Ground
        Delivery guaranteed in 1-6 business days depending on the destination from Boston, where we ship from.
      • USPS Express Mail Large Envelope or Flat

      1-2 business days

      For orders shipped outside of USA:

      • International Air Mail - usually takes 5 to 30 business days, no tracking
      • US Postal Service International Priority - delivery time depends on the country
      • UPS International - 2-6 business days - depends on the country and location in the country. This is the most reliable shipping option.

      You will get more detailed information about the delivery to your destination when you start placing your order.

      Any eSIM order does not require any shipping so this is a great way to avoid shipping costs and time. Just download and go!
53. Ordering Questions

    • When my order will be shipped?

      Sim card orders placed during business hours will be shipped the next business day. The only exceptions are phones that are out of stock. In this case you will be notified about delayed shipping during the purchase.

    • Is a micro-SIM or Nano-SIM version of OneSimCard available for the Apple iPhone 4/4S, 5/5C,5S, 6, 6S, 7, 8, X, iPads and other devices?

      We now offer SIM cards in universal sizes, where the SIM card contains all 3 sizes - Mini, Micro and Nano. Simply select the needed SIM version in the shopping cart.

    • Will you ship to Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia or other international locations?

      We will ship to Europe or Africa or to any other continent. 


      Products can be shipped by USPS or UPS or using local carriers in Australia, Canada, Japan and Mexico. You will be offered shipping options at the time you place an order. Shipping options include overnight shipping.
56. Ordering Questions

    • Do I need to activate the SIM card when my order is received or purchased from a retail store?

      Yes, you will need to activate the SIM card once the order is received.

      All OneSimCard international SIM cards and international cell phones with SIM cards are shipped inactive to prevent theft and improve security. Only the person who placed the order for OneSimCard service can activate it.

      Activation is very simple: When you receive the SIM, just log in to your account at www.OneSimCard.com and click the large Activate button you will see in the middle of the screen.

      Retail Customers: If you purchased your SIM card through an online or brick-and-mortar retail store, you should have received activation instructions inside the product packaging. To activate retail SIM cards, go to www.OneSimCard.com/Retail enter your new OneSimCard international mobile number and fill out the form to register and activate the SIM card. You will be provided specific instructions on the registration page.
57. How To Use Questions

    • Can I disable per MB/Pay-As-You-Go data usage for DataMax SIM cards

      Yes you can. On your online account, in the "My SIM cards" menu, you will see a section labeled "Select SIM Card." In that section there is a line labeled "Use w/o Plan." If you do not want to use data on a per MB/Pay-As-You-Go basis, and only consume data with a data plan, set this to "Off."
58. Ordering Questions

    • Can I transfer my phone numbers and balance from my standard OneSimCard SIM when I upgrade to a OneSimCard Plus SIM or other SIM card?

      • We can move your airtime balance and PEN if any from your standard SIM to the Universal, Expedition, eSIM World, DataMax, or DataMax eSIM SIM if you upgrade the SIM or your sim is lost or damaged and you are buying a replacement SIM. The replaced SIM will be permanently deleted from your account.. 
      • We can move your Personal Extra Number from your sim to any other SIM. There is $5 charge for this.
      • We cannot transfer your primary +372 number from your Standard SIM to any other SIM, you will get a new number when you upgrade. 
      • NOTE: DataMax and DataMax eSIMs do not come with any primary phone number. You can purchase a PEN to use voice and SMS with our OneSIM VoIP App
59. OneSim VoIP

    • When making an outgoing call how do I select which way the call should go: through regular roaming or through OneSim VoIP?

      To make an outgoing call using OneSim VoIP, you need to be registered on a Wi-Fi network and have the OneSim VoIP app running on your phone. You should make the call using the OneSim VoIP app dial pad. To make a call the regular roaming way,you should make a call from your regular phone dial pad. 

      NOTE: Regular roaming calling is NOT available on DataMax or DataMax eSIM cards. To use voice you will need to use the OneSim VoIP app
60. Ordering Questions

    • Is there a nano-SIM version available for my iPhones or other phones?

      Yes! Just select "nano size" or buy a 3-in-1 SIM that contains all 3 sim sizes during checkout.
