Are there any monthly fees or connection charges?
There are no monthly fees or connection charges for using OneSimCard international cell phone service.
If you order an optional Personal Extra Number (PEN), there is a small periodic fee to keep the PEN active based on how you choose to be billed (from $1.67 per month). There is also an additional charge to receive a call through any Extra Number. View our Rates & Coverage page and click on any country to view our available Extra Numbers and associated costs.
Are there any additional roaming charges?
There are NO additional roaming charges. The rates you see listed on our Rates & Coverage page are the only rates you will be charged when making or receiving calls on your OneSimCard enabled cell phone. This is true for using regular cellular voice or 1SIM VoIP App.Does calling a mobile phone cost more than calling a landline?
It does not cost more to dial an international mobile number using OneSimCard service on traditional cellular connections. You will receive the same very low per minute rate whether calling to a mobile phone or to a land line.Â

For OneSim VoIP, the cost of calling Mobile numbers is typically higher than calling landlines, but this method is still less than traditional voice calls in most countries..

Are there any discount SMS text message plans available in Europe or other countries?
Discount SMS from Europe and many other countries are available with OneSimCard Universal, OneSimCard Plus, Expedition (formerly Data & Roam) and Europe & More SIM cards.
Discount SMS 100 Plan
When activated, this plan provides 100 free classic SMS messages sent from Europe to any number in any country in the world. Messages should be sent from the normal SMS menu of your phone and NOT from the OneSimCard 'Travel SMS' menu. SMS plan will be effective for 30 calendar days after the activation took place. The plan can be activated from your OneSimCard web account. Activation cost is 10.00 USD. Â
New SMS plans are available in following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Vatican City.

Screen will show the following message: "SMS package active for X day(s) more, You have already used X of XX free SMS"

How do I prevent the service from expiring?
The OneSimCard phone number has no expiration, provided you made at least 1 call or sent an SMS once every 12 months.
However, the funds on the SIM expire 10 months after your last recharge. The minimum recharge amount is $25. You can keep the balance from expiring by simply recharging at least once every 10 months. If you let your balance expire, then all you need to do to get the service up and running again is to log in and add funds to your SIM card. Automatic recharge will be canceled if you let your funds expire.
NOTE: For Physical 3-in-1Â DataMax & DataMax eSIM SIM cards, if the SIM card has no balance, the SIM will expire and be removed from the account after 7 days, unless there is a data package currently active on the SIM (not a future activation). If there is no balance on the SIM and the active data package expires, the SIM will expire 7 days following the expiration of the active data package.

An expired SIM can be restored for a $10.00 restoration fee plus a recharge of at least $25.00.

How should I send an SMSÂ to get charged only 15 cents per text message?
There are two ways for SMS message to be sent:

Is there a mobile app that will let me recharge my account and other services?
Yes! Our myOneSim app for the iPhone devices will let you easily access many account services, such as recharging your account, checking voicemail, ordering discount voice and text plans, and much more. MyOneSim is available for download from the App store. Find more information in the Help section of your online account.

How do I know if USA, Canada or UK Mobile PEN I order is capable of receiving SMS?
To see if your PEN is capable of receiving SMS, please log in to your on-line account at www.OneSimCard.com. In the Recharge Menu next to the PEN you will see if it is SMS capable or not. You can also see there if this PEN could be used for VOIP or not.I have an Apple iPhone. When I dial following your instructions it does not work. What's wrong?

 On iPhones it is called SIM Applications menu and is located under Settings- Phone menu

 1. Locate and Open "OneSimCard" Menu. ( It could  be displayed as STK Menu)
    2. Select "Settings"
