If you order an optional Personal Extra Number (PEN), there is a small periodic fee to keep the PEN active based on how you choose to be billed (from $1.67 per month). How can people call and text me for free using the OneSimCard Connect app?
OneSimCard Connect is a free app for Apple iOS devices that lets people call and text your OneSimCard-enabled phone at ZERO cost to them. Please note that your OneSimCard balance will be charged to receive these calls at the standard incoming call rate for the country you are in, plus an additional 20c/min. Receiving text messages sent from the app is absolutely free.
Example 1: you are in China where incoming calls are free and someone calls you using OneSimCard Connect. It will be free for the caller and you will be charged 20c/min
Example 2: you are in Brazil where incoming calls are 35c/min and someone calls you using OneSimCard Connect. It will be free for the caller and you will be charged 55c/min
PLEASE NOTE: You must enable this feature from your online account's My SIM Cards menu in order for people to be able to use the app to contact you.

When I make a call using OneSim VoIP the quality of the call is not as good as the quality of the regular roaming connection. Can this be improved?
The quality of a OneSim VoIP call is only defined by the quality of your Wi-Fi connection. This is the part of the connection that we can not control. Quality of the Wi-Fi connection is defined by many parameters, rather than just by the speed of the connection. With a good Wi-Fi connection the quality of the call will be similar to using our regular roaming network.How much does it cost someone in the US or Canada to call to my OneSimCard cell phone?
Many U.S. and Canadian carriers can charge more than $3/minute to connect to an Estonian mobile number, the primary mobile number for a OneSimCard global SIM card. Your SIM card includes a U.S. number which will be much less expensive for people to call.
Callers can also use one of the Common Access Numbers (CAN) that we provide to you free of charge in more than 10 countries. Your OneSimCard account will simply be charged an additional 20c/min to the incoming rate in the country you are in to receive those calls. There is also the option of ordering a dedicated Personal Extra Number (PEN) in Canada and many other countries that will forward all calls directly to your OneSimCard cell phone. How do I make a call using OneSimCard global cell phone service?
To make a call:I have a Verizon or Sprint "World Phone"Â from BlackBerry, Samsung, LG KP series, etc., can I use it with OneSimCard?
Yes, if you have a World Phone from Verizon or Sprint such as the BlackBerry (Bold, Curve, Tour, Pearl, Storm, 8830); LG (Fathom); LG KP Series, HTC (Touch, Ozone, Imagio); Samsung (Saga, Intrepid, Renown) you can use it with OneSimCard service. It may only require the special dialing instructions below to make outgoing calls (there is no additional charge). Receiving calls is the same as with any other phone.
To make an outgoing call you may need to do the following:

Please Note:
1. You can not send this SMS from the SMS OneSimCard Menu of the phone, it must be sent using your phone's standard SMS function. You will not be charged for sending this SMS to 9146.
2. If you see on the screen that the message has not been sent, make sure that the SMS settings of your phone are correct and that the SMS Center number is set to: +3725099000
What Is the Difference Between "Direct Dial" and "Callback Dial" calling?
Direct Dial calling allows the caller to enter the international call prefix, country calling code and telephone number and then be directly connected to the person they are calling. This is how you dial when using your regular mobile service. Direct Dial Calling is standard on the OneSimCard Europe & More, OneSimCard Universal and eSIM.
Callback calling also allows the caller to enter the international call prefix, country calling code and telephone number. After the called number is entered, the user immediately receives an incoming call connecting the user to person called. Callback is very simple to use and allows for low cost calling on the OneSimCard Plus and OneSimCard Expedition (formerly Data & Roam). Callback does not increase the connection time. It is the same as with Direct Dial.
I am traveling in Saudi Arabia and can receive calls, but I can't make an outgoing call. What should I do?
Local carriers in Saudi Arabia sometimes block standard OneSimCard outgoing calls. If this happens you need to either (a) enter a compatibility code into the settings of your phone or (b) initiate your call by sending an SMS message from the regular SMS menu (not the OneSimCard menu) of your phone.
