Is there a mobile app that will let me recharge my account and other services?
Yes! Our myOneSim app for the iPhone devices will let you easily access many account services, such as recharging your account, checking voicemail, ordering discount voice and text plans, and much more. MyOneSim is available for download from the App store. Find more information in the Help section of your online account.

Do you offer an eSIM option for iPhones, Androids or Tablets?
Yes. The OneSimCard eSIM option is available for use with iOS and Android phones, smart watches and even Windows tablets.
eSIM is not a physical SIM, but rather a program that can be downloaded to eSIM compatible phones and device.

 Note: iPhonesmanufactured for the Chinese Market have 2 physical SIM card slots and are not eSIM capable. Pixel 3a can't use eSIM if the phone was purchased in Japan, or if bought with Verizon or Charter service.What is time validity of OneSimCard SIM?
All SIM types are valid for 1 year after the last billable use - phone call, sent SMS or data use.
The SIM balance for all types of OneSimCard SIMs is valid for 10 months after the last recharge. Each recharge extends the balance for the next 10 months period. If you do not recharge within the 10-month period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

NOTE: For Physical 3-in-1Â DataMax & DataMax eSIM SIM cards, if the SIM card has no balance, the SIM will expire and be removed from the account after 7 days, unless there is a data package currently active on the SIM (not a future activation). If there is no balance on the SIM and the active data package expires, the SIM will expire 7 days following the expiration of the active data package. Additionally, if a data package is purchased, and set for future activation, the inactive data package will expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.

An expired SIM can be restored for a $10.00 restoration fee plus a recharge of at least $25.00.

Is a micro-SIM or Nano-SIM version of OneSimCard available for the Apple iPhone 4/4S, 5/5C,5S, 6, 6S, 7, 8, X, iPads and other devices?
We now offer SIM cards in universal sizes, where the SIM card contains all 3 sizes - Mini, Micro and Nano. Simply select the needed SIM version in the shopping cart.

Will a OneSimCard international SIM card work with my mobile phone?
OneSimCard will work with almost any unlocked GSM tri-band or quad-band cell phone. A partial list of compatible cell phones that we have tested can be viewed here.
If you need to unlock the phone, we suggest contacting your carrier or phone manufacturer for unlocking information or services.
If your phone is not a quad-band phone, please make sure that the bands of your phone are those required in the country of your travel. You can look it up here.
If you are still unsure whether your cell phone is compatible, contact support or purchase an international cell phone and SIM card bundle from us, which all come preloaded with our international SIM card, $10 balance and OneSimCard Apps Installed.
Can eSIM be used for Data, Calls and Texts?
Yes, as of March 3rd, 2020, OneSimCard eSIM can be used for Mobile Data, Voice and Texts. However, you can still use the OneSim VOIP app option with a Personal Extra Number (PEN) for additional savings on calling and texting

For DataMax eSIMs, only Data is available. However, you can use our OneSim VoIP app for cost effective voice and SMS communication.
Can I use OneSimCard service if my phone is locked?
Yes. There are a few options available if your phone is locked to the carrier that sold you the phone.

You can purchase a MI-FI device with aOneSimCard SIM card (Universal, Expedition or DataMax physical SIM card) at http://www.onesimcard.com/international-cell-phones/. The Mi-Fi device will provide your locked Android or iPhone with mobile data over Wi-Fi connection that you can use on your phone for Voice and Texts using SIM VOIP app, as well as data for web browsing, email, GPS navigation, etc.Do I need to have Data Roaming turned on for eSIM to work?
Yes. Data Roaming should be enabled on your phone for eSIM for data to work. Calls and texts on eSIM World should work with or without it.
Are there any additional roaming charges?
There are NO additional roaming charges. The rates you see listed on our Rates & Coverage page are the only rates you will be charged when making or receiving calls on your OneSimCard enabled cell phone. This is true for using regular cellular voice or 1SIM VoIP App.Does calling a mobile phone cost more than calling a landline?
It does not cost more to dial an international mobile number using OneSimCard service on traditional cellular connections. You will receive the same very low per minute rate whether calling to a mobile phone or to a land line.Â

For OneSim VoIP, the cost of calling Mobile numbers is typically higher than calling landlines, but this method is still less than traditional voice calls in most countries..
