When I make a call using OneSim VoIP the quality of the call is not as good as the quality of the regular roaming connection. Can this be improved?
The quality of a OneSim VoIP call is only defined by the quality of your Wi-Fi connection. This is the part of the connection that we can not control. Quality of the Wi-Fi connection is defined by many parameters, rather than just by the speed of the connection. With a good Wi-Fi connection the quality of the call will be similar to using our regular roaming network.Can I check my Voice Mail from a phone other than my OneSimCard phone?

Yes! We do offer data (GPRS) service on BlackBerry devices from models 8000 and up. This is separate from BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) & Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). Emails can not be pushed to the phone and BlackBerry Web Applications and Messenger will not work. However, access to web-based emails like Gmail and Yahoo as well as Internet browsing will work.

No. OneSimCard service is a prepaid service. You will not be able to spend more than you put on the SIM, except when you set the automatic recharge of the SIM. There are three simple ways to add funds to the balance of the SIM: from on-line, from the mobile phone and by setting up an automatic recharge. This pertains to both - purchased SIM cards and rentals.Can I upgrade my Standard SIM to a Universal SIM or my regular size SIM to a micro or nano SIM?
