I have an iPhone and am receiving charges for SMS sent to a UK mobile number 447786205094. Why?
This is a known issue with Apple's Facetime and iMessage applications on Apple iPhone  devices. We recommend disabling Facetime and iMessage so it will not be able to automatically send SMS to this 447786205094 number. Any SMS sent to this number automatically by your phone can not be refunded by OneSimCard. Additional questions regarding iPhone applications and how they communicate should be directed to Apple Support.

How does eSIM works?
eSIM is not a physical SIM. It is a piece of software downloaded to a compatible phone. So there is no shipping involved with delivering eSIM.
eSIM makes your iPhone or Pixel phone to be a dual SIM phone. This means that you can use two sim cards on the phone at the same time. You can select which SIM card is used for calls and texts, and which one is used for data. You can select which sim card is to be the primary and which one not to be used. You can make these changes from the settings of your phone at any time. In short - eSIM offers greater flexibility to your eSIM compatible phone. It allows you to use the service provider of your choice - whether you are traveling or staying home.
OneSimCard eSIM can be installed only on a single device. It can't be moved to another device, but it can be re-installed on the original device up to 10 times if required.
How do I top up my data with eSIM?
There are two ways you can do this:
1. From your mobile go to ma.onesimcard.com. This provides the access to your free OneSimCard mini account. Free means that there is no need to have the SIM balance or data package on the SIM to be able to access this page in over 110 countries. Log in to your account and activate a new data package.
2. From any computer log in to your on-line account at OneSimCard.com to order a data package.

Can I used OneSim VoIP over the Internet Data offered by OneSimCard SIM? Will it save me anything?
In countries where the cost of using mobile Internet Data is below 20 c/MB, the cost of using SIM VoIP over the data is comparable or smaller than the actual calling rate from the country.
As a rule ot thumb, the SIM VoIP will use 1MB /Min of talk time. So if the cost of Data in the country is 10 c/MB, then 1 minute SIM VoIP call will cost you 12 cent /minute. You need to have a 3G connection in order for SIM VoIP to work this way.
